In some conference it may be necessary to limit the time of each speaker. A countdown timer can serve as a reminder in this situation. There were many countdown timer freewares available online but they are not quite suitable for simple but serious situation. Some have too funny-looking interfaces, and some are specifically for pizza and egg cooking, all not suitable for simple but serious situation. So I made one by myself.

Rearrange Splitted Pages
From time to time we encounter PDF ebooks that combine two pages of the book in to one page in the PDF file. Using Adobe Acrobat Professional we can only split all page into halves into the page order 1, 3, 5, 7, …, 2, 4, 6, 8, … To rearrange the page order back to 1, 2, 3, 4, … is a hard work manually. So I wrote a program to do this automatically. It is called Reaarange Splitted (wrong gramma) Pages.
